The day of the CMS has comprehensively arrived.
Contact Management Systems (CMS) have been around for almost as long as as the Web. In the beginning they were chunky beasts which used up a lot of space and were horribly slow. Nowadays, they’re still fairly massive but as the cost of storage has gone down and broadband speeds have gone up, many of our objections to CMS’s have also disappeared. A nice by-product is that they can be easily set up to provide SEO visibility too.
Over the past few years, the Open Source CMS systems have been improving substantially – so much that even we have decided that our own website could benefit from using WordPress. If you’re still using a site made in HTML – why not contact us and follow our lead?
